Haacht Brewery Wins Awards Again at the Brussels Beer Challenge

We are therefore very proud that, with this silver medal, Haacht Brewery has once again confirmed its status as a sustainable and versatile beer producer offering high-quality, innovative products and forward-thinking service.”

About 2,000 beers from 41 countries, including no fewer than 100 tripels—60 of which come from the Low Countries—competed this year. And, of course, Haacht Brewery—with its range of both traditional and innovative products—couldn’t be left off the list of participants and winners. For each category of participating beers (divided by origin, type, and style), the Brussels Beer Challenge jury—composed of internationally renowned beer connoisseurs from around the world—awards a gold, silver, or bronze award based on blind tastings.

The initial taste of this subtle dubbel is full-bodied and sweet, followed by a sweet mid-palate with notes of vanilla and roasted banana. The finish is characterized by a roasted bitterness, with hints of dark chocolate.
