\n\t\tIMMERSE YOURSELF IN THE BREWING PROCESS\n\t<\/h2>

The brewhouse is the heart of the brewery. This is where water, barley, hops, and spices come together, and our brewers oversee every step using the latest technologies, from receiving the raw materials to the brewing process itself. This precision work takes place on a large scale: we brew about 4,000 to 5,000 hectoliters here every day. After brewing comes filtration, during which the solids are separated from the liquid that will eventually become beer. The copper exteriors of our brewing kettles may look old-fashioned, but on the inside they\u2019re made of stainless steel and completely state-of-the-art. Here, you can smell, hear, and see how tradition and technology are intertwined.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n\n \n <\/div>\n
