Local Beer
Eupener is a 5.1% blonde pilsner that calls the East Cantons home: brewed according to an old tradition, but using modern brewing techniques to ensure a consistent, approachable flavor. Our master brewers do not limit themselves to the Reinheitsgebot (the centuries-old German purity law that restricts beer to water, malt, and hops), but rather complement the traditional approach with modern knowledge. The result is a pilsner that always stays true to itself: fresh, balanced, and easy to drink.
Eupener is a beer that belongs where it’s from. Best enjoyed in its signature bullet-shaped glass at one of the region’s many cozy cafés—that’s the way to do it.
